Kari has been in
the Private Property business since 1997. He has lived through an exciting
time in Marbella with constantly changing rules and regulations. According
to 1998 data Marbella's population was estimated to be around 98,000 now it
is around 200,000. In the summer it can be up to 700,000 if we include
visitors.
Marbella is still
booming with developments all across the Costa del Sol. The airport of
Malaga plans to open a third terminal adjacent to the previous two and a
second runway is expected to open to meet the increasing number of visitors.
